

Waiting for a Mooring
Looks like we will be spending some more time in the marina as Maritime Safety, the authority which "manages" ( and I mean that loosely) the moorings in the Boyne River are not very proactive. We have applied for a mooring by filling out all the paperwork and handing over our money, so now we are 4th on a waiting list. Shouldn't take long as there are at several moorings that have been empty for years and they will soon be doing an audit. In the meantime, now that school has


Tony turns 50!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TONY!! Celebrated at Kapers restaurant with good friends, good food and wine and plenty of fun and laughs. Ended up back at Nat's place for a night cap and made it home by pumpkin hour. Probably a moment of bad parenting, as the kids had school the next morning - poor things.


Life is Short.....
It has been a distraught couple of weeks for us as we have just farewelled Tony's beautiful little sister, Kathryn, who sadly passed away unexpectedly on 31 January. Only now are we all thankful to have spent so much time together recently. It has been a very difficult time for us all, but we are grateful for all the little things surrounding us that remind us of happy times and special places that hold fond memories.
