Boyne River Mooring

At long last, after a six month wait, we received a call last week to advise that we had finally been granted a mooring in the Boyne River!!! Very happy!! Now ends the dreaded commute between Gladstone and Tannum for school each day. And it will mean less $$ being shelled out each week in marina fees. Checked out the gps position - just in front of the old mooring we used to inhabit about six years ago.

Spent last week organising a diver to service our mooring tackle and attach our brand new float. We had intended moving to our mooring today, now that the Boyne Tannum Hookup (a major fishing competition) is finished, but it is blowing a hooley.
