Targinnie Creek
After returning our keys, passes and swipe cards, etc it was time to officially head north - but not before a quick trip up the mast. A chance glance upwards, revealed that our wind instrument was dangling upside down. A hoist, quick repair and some strategically placed cable ties, then..... oh yes, we were leaving the marina.
Once again, didn't go very far today - just up towards the Narrows and into Targinnie Creek where we hoped to catch up with good friends John and Jan on Karinya. They weren't hard to find, being the only boat there. Said a quick hello, anchored and arranged to meet up after lunch.
The boys went off fishing, while we girls enjoyed a chat over a cuppa or two. Eventually, the men (yes they were upgraded!) returned with three black bream and a flat salmon. Now we all knew what we were having for dinner - an assortment. Had sundowners on Karinya sitting up in the flybridge overlooking the lovely views - with the added bonus of excellent company and a spectacular sunset.
