Father's Day

The kids made pancakes for Tony for a Fathers Day treat. We also indulged in some therapy by pulling out another jigsaw puzzle to do. Made a start, then went across to the mangrove beach to pump yabbies. After lunch, we headed to the front beach for a spot of fishing. Sarah and I went in the kayak, but it was such a long way that we would probably miss the tide, so Tony and Nathan towed us the rest of the way behind the dinghy. Had a ball catching heaps of whiting and northern dart. Nathan took on the job of taking the fish off the hooks and providing a constant supply of bait. Had yummy crumbed fish and wedges for tea. All stayed up far too late fiddling with the jigsaw!
