Easter Craziness at Horseshoe Bay

With the forecast for perfect weather, we headed to Horseshoe Bay to enjoy it before everyone descends for Easter. There were only four other boats anchored in the northern end of the bay, so we explored and enjoyed a lovely peaceful sunset.

The next day, as more and more boats arrived, we mostly spent our time people watching and enjoying the entertainment as everyone jostled for space. The highlight was a late morning wind changed which made things interesting as boats began to swing. Thankfully no real dramas as the winds were very light. Had a lovely day swimming, paddling and walking the beach, before a glass or two and a BBQ tea.
